How exactly does the Facebook group work?
You can use the Facebook group to connect with like-minded course participants. Additionally, you can watch the video tutorials that my team and I already created for other participants and learn from them. You can even use the search bar to find video tutorials that already cover a problem you might be facing at the moment. We will also post a video tutorial for you in the Facebook group when you reach out to us with a problem or the wish for any suggestions or support.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes! You can either pay 495 € in full or pay 150 € per month for 4 months.

How can I give you access to my ad account?
It’s easy! When you sign up for this support, we will ask you for your ad account ID. After you’ve sent this to us we will request access to it. This way, we can always look directly into everything whenever you need our support and don’t need to bother you by requesting that you send us hundreds of screenshots of every single setting you’ve made (usually the devil lies somewhere in the details).
What does “we” mean? Will I get the support from you, Sarah, or from someone else?
I always work together with at least one member of my team to ensure that you get immediate support even if I’m ill or on vacation, for instance. This means, normally you will get your video tutorial reply directly from me. I will announce my vacations beforehand in our Facebook group, so you will know when someone from my team will reply instead of me (rest-assured: the longest vacation that I have planned so far will be 2 weeks long). In case I become ill or have some other emergency, you might get a reply from someone from my team. Everyone on my team is a Facebook Ads professional with a minimum 5 years of experience! Trust me, I’m very selective when it comes to my team and only work with people who I know are experts and absolutely reliable. I’m sure you will love them as much as I do!
